In a practice your size, the person checking benefits is also answering the phone and greeting patients. Foji does the verification overnight and writes it into your system, so the morning starts with the schedule already done.
Book a demoIn a practice this size nobody does only one job. Verification lands on whoever has a free minute — and the cost of that does not stay at the front desk.
Whoever checks benefits is also answering the phone and greeting patients. Verification happens between other jobs, so it eats the morning and still is not finished.
Every carrier has its own login, its own layout, its own place where the frequency limit hides. Done properly it takes real time. Done at speed, the fields that matter get skipped.
A missed waiting period becomes a patient quoted wrong. Weeks later the EOB comes back and you are choosing between billing them and writing it off.
What changes
Foji works the payer portals overnight and writes the benefit detail into Open Dental or Dentrix. Nothing is retyped, and the schedule is verified before you open.
Nobody logs into a portal
Foji reads your schedule and checks each patient ahead of the appointment. Eligibility, remaining maximum and deductible are current before anyone sits down.
The detail nobody has time to dig out
Waiting periods, frequency limits and downgrades land in the notes, with the full breakdown filed to the chart. The same fields, every carrier, every time.
Quote it right the first time
Correct detail before the chair is what keeps an estimate from becoming a write-off. And you can see exactly what the carrier said on every check.

FAQ
Is Foji built for a practice our size?
+
Yes. Pricing is flat per location and published, so a single office pays the same rate as one site inside a group, and runs the same software. Nothing here is a cut-down version.
Does it work with our practice management system?
+
Open Dental and Dentrix today. Denticon, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental and CareStack are what we are building next. If you run something else, tell us and we will let you know where it sits.
We do not have an IT person. Who does the setup?
+
We do. Our team sets up your portal connections and turns features on in phases, at your pace. Your office builds plans in your system the way it always has, and Foji takes it from there.
What if something does not match?
+
Foji does not guess. If a group number does not match the portal, it flags the plan for someone to review. If a plan looks separate, it leaves a note and holds the update for approval. If a field is missing on the portal, your existing value stays put.
What happens when a carrier changes its portal?
+
We detect it automatically. A portal change shows up as errors in the login process, which flags the connection for us, and we update the agent's process to pick up the change. These are typically fixed within 48 hours or less.
Can we see what the carrier actually said?
+
Yes. The full benefit breakdown is filed to the patient's chart, and you can turn on permanent portal screenshots. Session recordings are available for seven days, so nobody has to take our word for a check.
