Integrates with your PMS and Payer Portals, if we don't have it yet, we'll build it.
Book a demoFoji runs on its own data platform. This allows us to scale without compromising on quality, every AI agent runs on stable underlying data to produce consistent results regardless of what Insurance plans your patients are on.
Foji logs directly into the payer portals as your team would do. That is why the list runs past 150 payers and keeps growing, including the regional plans your patients actually carry.
Benefits read from one portal and benefits read from another land in the same structure, with the same fields in the same places. Your team learns one layout, not one per payer.
A new payer is a short job
Adding a carrier is configuration against a model that already exists rather than a build from scratch. It is what lets us say yes when a customer names a plan we have not seen before.

All four stages: benefits, claim status, payments and deposits, written into the plan, the ledger and the patient's chart.

Insurance verification and full benefits: eligibility on the appointment, frequencies and limitations in notes, and the breakdown filed in the Document Center.
What we are building next
These are the systems we are working toward next. Which ones we build first is driven by what our customers and prospects ask for — pick yours below and we will tell you where it sits.
A 30-minute call with recorded runs of the agent reading payer portals and writing into practice software, and time for your questions.
Foji signs in to the carrier's own portal rather than reading a clearinghouse summary, which is where the detail your team actually needs still lives. New portals are added on request.
Don't see your system?
Foji writes into Open Dental and Dentrix today. If you run something else, tell us which — it is the clearest signal we get about what to build next, and we will let you know where yours sits.
FAQ
Which practice management systems does Foji write into?
+
Open Dental and Dentrix today. Denticon, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental and CareStack are what we are working toward next, and which one comes first is driven by what customers and prospects ask for. If you run something else, tell us and we will let you know where it sits.
Do you need the carrier to have an API?
+
No. Most carriers never expose one. Foji works the payer portal the way a person does, which is why the list runs past 150 payers rather than stopping at the handful with developer access.
What if you do not connect to our payer yet?
+
Tell us which one. Every portal we connect to feeds the same underlying model, so adding a carrier is configuration against something that already exists rather than a build from scratch.
Is Foji an authorized vendor?
+
Yes, in both. For Dentrix, Foji is an authorized vendor on the Henry Schein One API Exchange. For Open Dental, Foji is on the Authorized list in its published vendor directory. In both systems that means Foji writes through the official API rather than directly into your database, so it keeps working safely as each system updates.
What happens when a carrier changes its portal?
+
We detect it automatically. A portal change shows up as errors in the login process, which flags the connection for us, and we update the agent's process to pick up the change. These are typically fixed within 48 hours or less.
Does Foji replace our clearinghouse?
+
No. Foji does not replace your clearinghouse. It reads from payer portals directly, which is a different route to the benefit detail, and it sits alongside what you already use rather than in place of it.
